Loan Submission Checklist

To submit a loan for review, please fill out our loan application form. Once you submit the application, we require a very simple checklist (see below) of items to be sent to us. We approve loans within 24 hours (the next business day).

For Residential Loans, we need

  • Itemized list of repairs to be made to property
  • Interior and exterior photos of property
For New Construction Loans, we need

  • Copy of sales contract (or) proof of land ownership
  • Itemized construction budget
  • Copy of approved plan (and renderings If available)
For Commercial Multi-Unit, and Income Producing Properties, we need

  • If buying: copy of ratified sales contract, if refinancing: proof of ownership
  • Itemized list of repairs to be made to property
  • Interior and exterior photos of property
  • Building financials and/or rent rolls
For vacant land, we need

  • Survey
  • Proof of water and sewer (or perc approval)
